In order to confirm your reservation, a 30% of the total cost deposit is required as well as the sending of the copy of the payment.The remaining cost is redeemed before your departure.

Reservation cancellation:

• 22 days or longer before arrival, 100% of deposit returned

• 15-21 days before arrival, 50% of deposit returned

• 14 days or less before arrival, deposit is not returned.

In any case, shipping costs encumber the customer.

 

Departure before the planned date and cancellation of the remaining reservation time should be communicated to the responsible manager up to the 12 noon of the previous day (24hrs), otherwise the customer is to be charged with a regular daily charge.
Check in from 12 noon onwards, Check out up to 11am.
Pets are not allowed in the complex.
